Duties

- Handle human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
- Coordinate schedule management for staff meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
- Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls through phone systems.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with human resources processes and payroll management is preferred.
