Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a background in administrative tasks, human resources, and payroll management. This role is essential for maintaining an efficient office environment and ensuring smooth communication among team members.

Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle human resources functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
  • Coordinate schedule management for staff meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary.
  • Implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls through phone systems.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with human resources processes and payroll management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage schedules efficiently and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Strong phone etiquette and experience with phone systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,258.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
