Job description
DBA Construction, Inc. is now hiring for a Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various Heavy equipment / trucks and vehicle systems.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect / repair brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of trucks.
- Repair experience with various CAT earthmoving and other related heavy equipment
- Use different tools and equipment, such as pressure gauges, pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, screwdrivers, hoists, jacks, to repair trucks while constantly utilizing safety procedures.
- Perform routine heavy equipment maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts.
- Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devices such as motor analyzers, handheld computers to determine how to address problems.
