Position - LPN (Home Health)

Location - Kāne‘ohe, HI

Contract - 13 weeks with possible extensions

Start Date : 12/16/2024

Shift- 08 hours shift (Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)

Pay -

• $38/hr(LOCAL RATES FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES WITHIN 50 MILES)
• $40/hr (TRAVELLER RATES FOR TRAVELLER CANDIDATES AWAY 50 MILES)

Experience -

• 1 year Home Health experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Active and clear Driver's license and Car Insurance - REQUIRED
• Hawaii license - REQUIRED
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
• COVID and FLU vaccination - REQUIRED - will not accept declinations

License and Certification - LPN License , BLS certification , Covid vaccination
