Description of Duties:
- Staff assists in preparing the field for the game.
- Maintaining during the game.
- Repairing the field after the game.
- Other duties include pulling the tarp during inclement weather
- Maintaining equipment.
- Maintain the areas around the stadium.
- Assist in ALL field conversions.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds shop and surrounding areas.
- Drag and rake field during games.
- Grounds staff may be on call for certain stadium events.
- Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time
Working Conditions:
- Employee will be regularly required to stand and walk.
- Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lb. as needed.
- Must be prepared to work early mornings, long days and late nights.
- Employee must have an email address and the ability to regularly access it.
- Employee must be punctual.
- Employee must follow all company standards and policies.
- Employee will be required to work outdoors in warm weather.
