Description :

Create a reliable experience by providing exceptional service for all fans and guests.
Assist with phone, walk-up, and internet ticket sales
Understand and communicate the various ticketing technologies to our fans.
Assist in troubleshooting ticket issues
Provide information about each event and future promotions
Be an overall team player willing to help in multiple areas of the operation.

Requirements :

Provide outstanding customer service

Excellent phone etiquette

Ability to multi-task with little supervision

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Handle high-pressure situations.

Ability to stand and be active for long periods of time.

Computer literacy (use of Word and Excel)

Prior ticket system use is plus, but not required.
