Executive Assistant
Support the leader of our dynamic, female-owned CPA firm in an administrative role that goes beyond the typical desk job. Hours : Approximately 30 hours / week
Job Summary :
Provide administrative support to the leader of our growing, female owned, CPA Firm. This fast-paced, never boring environment has a wide variety of responsibilities and opportunities for growth. If you’ve worked in an office but would like something more than just reception duties, this may be for you.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Department Director and / or other assigned leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle income and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, meeting notes, presentations, and other documents.
- Communicate with clients through various methods to answer questions, coordinate meetings, and update records.
- Develop in-depth understanding of all software used in our tech-heavy environment.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and initiatives for the firm.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate updates to the executive team.
- Assist with financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ensure the utmost confidentiality of each client and employee by following all company procedures regarding information handling.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
