What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Highway Maintenance/Equipment Technician position at DBI SERVICES?
JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible to perform general Concrete and asphalt Removal and Repair on highway maintenance project.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Repair work including, but not limited to, Concrete Repair Remove and Replace, Asphalt Repair Remove and Repair Replace.
- Use all equipment including, but not limited to, (30-60 lb. pneumatic Jack Hammer, cut off Saw, Drum Roller etc.) Safely
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- CDL license required
- Must have transportation to and from Company office
- Be able to lift fifty to eighty pounds (50-80 lbs.)
- Be able to comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy
- Be able to work overtime, nights and weekends
- Highway maintenance or construction skills are preferred
- MOT certificate must be obtained
