DBi Services is contracted to maintain roadways, bridges, waterways, railways and more, nationwide. Most of our positions are for permanent labor/field roles assigned outdoors in the elements. We staff roles such as: Highway Maintenance Technician, Electrician, Herbicide Spray Technician, Project Manager, Business Development Manager, and more. The Team
A handful of positive and engaged telecommuting recruiters located throughout the US. Teamwork is everything; we operate as one. Organization streamlined procedures = efficiency. You will be working in a collaborative team of TA professionals and alongside a Regional HR Business Partners, as well as many Hiring Managers on an everyday basis.
What You Bring

- Experience in: 1. Navigating our Kronos ATS, Indeed (with Boolean searches) and social media platforms. 2. Using Outlook and your calendar like your lifeline. 3. Juggling requisitions and their field teams while working fully remote. 4. Conducting intake calls and creating strategies that garner results. 5. Attending in-person and/or virtual job fairs and hiring events in the state of Florida.

- 3 years’ recruiting
- Proven high-volume support
- Support of a Network Environment (teams in multiple states)
Preference will be given to those with:
- 5 years’ recruiting
- Experience in staffing: infrastructure, construction, utilities, engineering, mining, energy, oil and gas or other outdoor trade fields
- Kronos ATS familiarity
- Strong Boolean search experience
- Prior telecommuting relationships with leadership (management located in other states – minimal in-person interaction)
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
