About Us: DBox Inc is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Porter to join our team in Forney, Murphy, Tyler, and Rockwall. Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep walkways, entrances, and parking lots while removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials from outdoor spaces.
- Ensure that all common areas, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and exterior areas, are kept clean and presentable.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Empty and replace trash can liners in designated areas.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with tenants, employees, or visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The following shifts are available:
- Flexible schedule Sunday to Saturday
- Full and part time position available
