As a Porter atDbox, you willbe responsible forensuring that all public andcommon areaswithin our commercial or institutional buildingsremainclean and orderly.Your role will involve a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the premises.

Job Description:
As a Porter atDbox, you willbe responsible forensuring that all public andcommon areaswithin our commercial or institutional buildingsremainclean and orderly.Your role will involve a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
Main Duties andResponsibilities:
- Clean andmaintainsidewalks, medians, walkways, and parking lots.
- Remove trash, including cigarette butts, from all designated areas.
- Sweep driveways, alleys, and parking lots, and pick up loose trash from landscaped areas.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean receptacle lids daily.
- Transport and dispose of waste in dumpsters.
- Push grocery carts todesignatedlocations and remove unauthorized signs or stickers from windows and landscaping.
- Report any security or emergency situations, including break-ins or damaged property, to supervisors and security officers.
- Performadditionalcleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Experience using a blower.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices.
- Ability to use a smartphone for Service Fusion, email, dispatch, and property reports.
- Must be able tolift upto 50lbs.
- Previousexperience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Good communicationskills, both verbal andwritten.
- Abilityto work independentlywith minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices.
- Ability to use a smartphone for Service Fusion, email,dispatchand property reports.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with arms, and stoop.
- Mustfrequentlylift and/or move up to50pounds.
- Flexible schedule Sunday to Saturday
- Full and part time position available
- Will be provided by employer
