POSITION
The Project Manager will be supporting Partner Leads in all aspects of coordinating, managing, and overseeing the projects. The individual will also support the Partner Leads to deploy internal resources to execute the project to the highest standards and on schedule. The Project Manager will receive training, instruction and support with the goal of advancing and operating more independently. The candidate must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and must possess the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals inside and outside of the organization. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong project management capabilities and excellent client interface skills. Considered candidates should have direct experience in the creative field and preferably in the following sectors: architecture, real estate, creative agencies (in-house or independent, and fashion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To properly support the Partner Leads to identify objectives, scope of work and formulate options. Conceptualizes the entire project and establishes key work priorities for the development of design, scheduling and budgeting.
- Aid to develop and maintain project-specific schedules and program-specific master schedules
- Clearly communicating the status to all parties involved (The Partners, Graphic Design and CGI teams, and the Client)
- Ability to support multiple projects (3-5) effectively and efficiently
- Support coordinating with all third-party production/delivery pertaining to all active projects
- Accurately aggregating data and information for billing/invoicing clients on a monthly basis
- Anticipating and mitigating any liabilities that may result in a project
- Planning to support the Partners and the Project Managers in leading and executing various parts of the project
- Resourcefully problem-solving complex issues pertaining to the projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in the architecture, construction, and/or real estate industry
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Incredibly sharp attention to detail and expert ability to manage multiple stakeholder teams through fast-paced design and construction processes
- Scrupulous budgeting, projections, controlling, and expense-tracking skills
- Strong project management skills, production knowledge and a sense of ownership and responsibility for all of the products that are produced by the department
- Professional, ethical, and committed to excellence in communications with the ability to influence outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
