DBS Building Solutions is a leader in the commercial cleaning and building maintenance industry, responsible for delivering commercial building services to over 1300 customers in 10 states.
We are currently seeking a talented Appointment Setter who thrives in a competitive environment to join our growing team in Florida. As an Appointment Setter you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 15-20 outbound calls per hour, generating interest in our services, and overcoming objections.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails from our prospecting database
- Updating our prospecting database and following up with potential customers using our recall system
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research potential accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Answer questions from potential customers and explain the services we offer
Skills:
- Proven inside sales/telemarketing experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Additional Details
This is a 25 - 30 hour per week "part-time" position, working in our Clermont, FL office. Daytime hours only and flexible schedules are available.
Starting compensation for this position is $16-$17 per hour plus monthly commissions. Total compensation should exceed $20-$22 per hour for qualified candidates.
