Corso Italian Steak is looking for a passionate and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team! We’re seeking a dedicated professional to lead our house bread and dessert program, bringing creativity and consistency to our scratch-made offerings.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and execute house-made breads and signature desserts for our Italian-American steakhouse.
- Manage daily production to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal and specialty menu items.
- Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards.
- Work early morning shifts (5:00 AM start time) to ensure readiness for service.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in artisan bread baking, laminated doughs, and plated desserts.
Ability to work independently and manage morning prep with efficiency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for pastry and a drive to create exceptional guest experiences.
