Position: Server
We are looking for skilled, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team. As a Server at Corso, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing guests with attentive service, expert menu knowledge, and an inviting atmosphere that keeps them coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations on steaks, Italian specialties, and wine pairings.
- Ensure accurate and efficient order-taking and food/beverage delivery.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with teammates to create a seamless dining experience.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in side work, table setting, and overall restaurant cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wine, steak cuts, and Italian cuisine is a plus.
- A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
