What You Would Do
- Be the “glue” that keeps all the logistical aspects of our construction jobs running well
- Stay in close communication with our customers regarding the details of their project, including scheduling their installations, checking on quality issues, and ensuring that they are constantly in the know
- Review and coordinate all paperwork needed for our production installations
- Provide support to crews including but not limited to booking hotels, utilities, updating existing sales, rescheduling projects/project move ups
- Conduct project confirmation calls
- Back up the appointment center when there is an influx of incoming phone calls
- Follow up on all projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep customer records and files updated
What We Need for this Role
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Prior scheduling experience is a plus
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to see the big picture while having a high attention to every detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications required, plus ability to navigate software programs
