About the Role
The Senior Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for driving market delivery and installation margins by maximizing internal resources, identifying any constraints, and achieving key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, service, and safety of onsite and offsite personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic safety meetings and maintain safety documents and logs.
- Manage employee health and safety through Safety Save, training, observations, and regularly scheduled assessments.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to apprentice electricians and service technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5 years electrical experience.
- Project management, quality control, and optimization experience.
