Job Title: Onsite Coordinator (E&I)
Location: Joliet, IL

Job Description:
- Onsite coordination for Quality, Safety & Progress.
- Serve as the point of contact for all interfaces between ExxonMobil, LTTS India engineering team, and third-party contractors and vendors.
- Resolve onsite issues & Site Contractor Interfacing.
- Input to Need Lists & Ensure Design inputs to construction work.
- Interfacing for deviations (To EM GPs, Procedures) & approval.
- Participate in IDC (Interdisciplinary Check Process).
- Validating Engineering drawing with constructability in mind
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for coordination between LTTS-India Team and all stakeholders on Client side (Project Management / Engineering / Procurement /
- Operations), actively interfacing for all Disciplines on need basis.
- Review and PE stamping for Engineering Documents/Deliverables.
- Support India team with resolution to Engineering queries through site co- ordination & Site visits.
- Verify feasibility of deliverables/ solutions provided by LTTS-India Team vis-à-vis actual as-built situation at site.
- Support India team with resolution of RFI and RFI co-ordination & interfacing.
- Prepare drawing red lining on demand.
- Propose the most cost and time effective solution for Turnaround (MOC) jobs, including destruct scope and tie-in philosophy.
- Participation in all applicable design reviews as an LTTS Representative and
- coordination with LTTS-India Team for comment close-out.
- Initiate or participate in meetings/discussions with relevant stakeholders (Client,
- Vendor, etc.) to expedite resolution of design issues.
- Design suit to site access/maintenance measures for components (E.g.
- Equipment, valves, etc.) whose need was realized during commissioning/operation/maintenance phase. E.g. Local platforms, crossovers, monorails, etc. It looks complicated and unclear
- BFV and Site Walk through & inputs to Engineering Design in terms of Site Pics,
- Sketches, dimensional data for existing infrastructure & as-built data.
- Participate in Project Review meetings (Internal & External to LTTS).
- Participate in Safety audits at onsite, as applicable.
- Engage with vendors on a regular basis as required to gather data and address emerging issues and/or liaise with ExxonMobil or India team as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

- Site experience in HV, MV and LV system design, Oil & Gas Domain preferred, review of Electrical Deliverables, vendor drawings, Client / Vendor coordination, Expertise in existing plant modification jobs.
- Exposure to HV, MV and LV system design,
- Hands on Experience for understanding & reviewing of following design deliverables: Single line diagram, Data sheets for Electrical equipment, Schematic diagrams, Cable routing layout, Grounding layout, Lighting layout, substation layouts, vendor drawings for Electrical items, Cable schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Interposing relay panel drawings, MTO, Engineering work package, Scope of work etc.
- Knowledge of Hazardous area requirements, Heat tracing system etc.
- Basic experience in Power system study tool
- Site work experience is mandatory.
- Must have driving license in USA
- Strong proficiency in
- Preparing hand sketches,
- Preparing mark-ups on site photographs/snapshots/screenshots,
- Commonly used Microsoft Office software viz. Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written.
- MS-Office, AutoCAD, … etc.
Educational Qualification
- BE/ ME/ B. Tech/ M. Tech, or B.Sc. in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering.
