Job Title: Electrical Systems Design Engineer
Location: New Holland, PA
Job Description:
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
· Familiarity with low-voltage (12V/24V) and high-voltage (HV) electrical systems in vehicles or equipment.
· Ability to read and create electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and wiring harness drawings.
· Expertise in Electrical design and wiring harness design software:
CATIA Electrical, Siemens Capital, Zuken E3, Mentor Graphics, or equivalent tools.
· Experience with CAD tools for 3D harness routing and 2D flattening.
· Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia.
· Familiarity with international and industry standards
· Experience in creating and maintaining Electrical design specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), and installation manuals.
· Knowledge of CAN/LIN/FlexRay Communication Protocols
· Understanding of communication protocols to integrate wiring harnesses with ECU and vehicle networks.
· Experience with Heavy Equipment/Off-Highway Vehicles
