Job Title: I&CE Project Lead/Manager
Location: Edison, New Jersey
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters Engineering Degree Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering
10-15 years' experience Domain experience from Chemical or Petrochemical industries or Refinery
Capable of Engineering / Project Coordination, Interface Management, Customer Management for specific Instrumentation and Control, Automation and Electrical Engineering related jobs
Experienced Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in various phases of project life cycle.
Experience in plant engineering and project management activities for Concept study, Feasibility, Basic, FEL, FEED, and DED
Experience in Plant Capital or expense projects, Plant Maintenance or reliability or sustenance projects.
Experience in Plant controls systems-oriented projects, instruments and analyzers projects, electrical projects.
Strong engineering professional skilled in estimating, planning, monitoring, executing, and commissioning
Worked as an onsite coordinator between offshore and client office
Basic understanding of multiple disciplines requirements (i.e. Process, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation) and provide inputs to the offshore team from site.
Onsite coordination with all stakeholders incl. suppliers/vendor, agencies/ contractor etc.
Site coordination for inputs and providing mark-up on layouts/drawings to offshore team
Review /preparation of Equipment datasheets & specifications and RFQ and aligning with Client.
Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client
Preparation of Tender document/SOW document
Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting client in finalization of vendors
Follow-up vendors for delivery, conducting FAT/SAT
Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning
Skills:
Extensive client and stakeholder management e.g. ability to build relationships with clients, a customer-oriented mindset.
Planning, implementing, monitoring and coordination of various aspects of a Project Life Cycle
Excellent multitasking, problem solving and good analytical skills Independent as well as team working capabilities and a quick learner
