Job Role: Reliability Engineer
Location: Lewisville, Ohio, USA
About the Job:
- 7 years of experience in Risk-Based analysis using tools like Criticality Analysis and Failure Modes Effect Analysis.
- 6 years of experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs preferred.
- A working knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) is required.
- Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Leader (CRL), or Certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Understanding of Preventive/Predictive Maintenance technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with Bill of Materials, Critical Spares, and Asset Hierarchy is necessary to optimize asset maintenance systems.
- Thorough knowledge of Technical Drawings/Blue Prints, P&IDs, and technical manuals is required.
- A working knowledge of CMMS/EAM software such as SAP, MAXIMO, MP2, or similar is a plus.
- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles and their application on mechanical systems is essential.
- Working knowledge of tool room and assembly processes and practices is necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project is required.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, machine debug, and root cause failure analysis is necessary.
- Experience with Health, Safety, and Environment compliance (EHS) is required.
Responsibilities:
- Risk-Based analysis using criticality analysis and failure modes effect analysis.
- Implementation and management of RCM and/or TPM programs.
- Analyze and resolve root cause failures using RCFA techniques.
- Maintenance and improvement of asset maintenance systems.
- Development and implementation of preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize asset maintenance systems.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
