Job Description:
- Switch Engineer, managing installations and maintenance of switch systems.
- Designed and implemented network switch configurations for optimal performance and reliability.
- Executed troubleshooting and maintenance for Tellabs and Alcatel DACS systems, enhancing circuit performance.
- Executed diagnostic tests on switching systems, identifying and rectifying issues promptly.
- Completed advanced training in 4G and LTE technologies, enhancing network capabilities.
- Diagnosed and resolved complex technical issues in LAN and WAN environments, implementing effective solutions.
