Job Title: Test and Commissioning Technician Railway

Job Description:
- The Test & Commissioning (T&C) Technician is responsible for overseeing and executing installation supervision and T&C activities for railway signaling systems (e.g., IXL, ATC, DCS) until the successful handover to the customer or warranty phase.
- The role includes executing test activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety standards, and regulations, and troubleshooting system failures with the support of the Test team and Engineering.
Main Responsibilities:
- Governance: Enforce application of installation and T&C processes within the team.
- Quality: Ensure timely and correct execution of T&C activities, and compliance with standards and documentation.
- Technical Scope: Prepare and execute tests, log analysis, and prepare test reports.
- Communication: Provide daily reports, issue NCRs, and communicate any design-related issues.
- Performance Measurement: Efficiency, EHS compliance, and quality of reporting and problem resolution.
Required Competencies:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electricity, or equivalent industrial experience.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in T&C activities for signaling projects. Previous T&C or maintenance experience is a plus.
- Skills: Flexibility, resilience, team collaboration, customer-oriented, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Other Requirements: Availability to travel, work at night/weekends, driving license.
