DBT Works has a mission to provide the highest quality dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) services and increase access to those services in our community. We are a compassionate, energetic, and supportive team looking for a passionate and motivated outreach professional to join us.
The clinical outreach coordinator position is a full-time, benefits-eligible, remote position with regular local travel and occasional in-person meetings at our office in Concord, MA. The clinical outreach coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all potential referral sources and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase client volume and enhance program visibility and reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in behavioral health
- Access to operational and insured vehicle
- Must be willing to learn about DBT

About the Role:
- Oversee all sales, marketing, and outreach efforts
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase client volume
- Meet monthly targets for number of new intake appointments scheduled and attended
- Develop and manage recruitment resources
- Conduct outreach visits to local hospitals, practices, offices, schools, and advocacy organizations
- Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, agencies, and advocacy groups to promote program awareness
- Ensure timely input and accuracy of information into CRM
- Monitor efficacy of marketing approach and adjust as needed
- Participate in networking events and conferences to build the program’s reputation, increase visibility in the community, and drive business development.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships.
- Submit timely CRM data, expense reports, strategic sales plans strategic sales plan updates.
- Develop and executive social media and online content strategy
- Track and analyze marketing performance
