We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to be the face of our office. This individual will be greeting and dismissing patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments (via phone, email, and texting apps), entering data, assisting the financial coordinator, and doing other administrative work as needed. The candidate must be a team-player as they are expected to work alongside doctors, assistants, and front desk staff. Dental knowledge is a plus, but is not required; we will train the right candidate. The right candidate will have room to grow within our office! Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Ability to educate and build rapport with patients during treatment case presentation.
- Understanding the revenue cycle management and supporting the financial actions for patient visits.
- Support patients with financing by working with our 3rd party vendors.
- Supporting administrative functions of the patient responsibilities and adhere to all OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications
- Dental administrative support and office experience
- Proficient in dental terminology and revenue cycle management
- Excellent patient service and clerical skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Experience in medical records management and collections
