Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury resort/hotel properties, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are consistently met.
- Collaborate with property management teams to develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare budgets, and conduct forecasting to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational enhancement and leading initiatives to drive excellence across all properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local tourism authorities and industry partners.
- Provide mentorship and support to property leadership teams, promoting a cohesive and motivated workforce that excels in service delivery.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development efforts for operational teams, prioritizing succession planning and talent cultivation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, local culture, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and innovation in guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury resort/hotel management, overseeing large-scale operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of operational excellence and team development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a deep understanding of local culture and dynamics.
- Ability to adapt and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
