As a Customer Care Associate in our dynamic inbound call center, you’ll be the voice of our company, handling inquiries with a focus on cheerful, constructive, and solution-driven interactions.What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively.
- Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date.
- Experience: At least 1 year in an inbound call center role, ideally within eCommerce.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, efficient multitasking with accuracy, and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software.
- Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries.
- Performance-Driven: Motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates.
- Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Attitude: Positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Requirements: Minimum high school diploma and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
