DC Practice Growth is a growing digital marketing agency and consultancy business, supporting private health practices in advancing their business and marketing. DC Practice Growth's vision is to serve the world’s chiropractic space in the advancement of their marketing strategies, boost their new patient influx, build towards record numbers and ultimately practice growth.
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing person looking to take the next step in their marketing career. An integral part of a very exciting, fun and dedicated team, the Marketing Account Manager will support the marketing agency department in delivering digital strategies for an expanding client base (US and EU) and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients paid ad accounts including Facebook, Instagram and Google ads.
Your primary focus will be on PAID social media campaigns, as well as supporting the wider content workflow including paid search (Google adwords). This role presents a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience with paid ads while also gaining experience in a variety of other areas. Working as part of a small but growing agency where you will be given plenty of responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of client Facebook/instagram/Google paid ads accounts
- Interacting with our client base in a professional but friendly manner
- Supporting our client base with marketing queries
- Regularly reporting back to the marketing manager
- Running various paid social media campaigns concurrently
- Optimising ongoing campaigns
- Reporting on campaign performance/stats directly to clients
- Client liaison/Strategy planning
- Copywriting on a variety of platforms
- Developing own learning in all areas of digital marketing and keeping on top of industry developments
- Hitting campaign deadlines
The Perfect Candidate should:
- Be able to meet the needs of our US & UK clients, (11am - 7pm GMT / 6am - 2pm EST)
- Have paid social media experience
- Be comfortable communicating on a one on one basis to both clients and senior staff members
- Have great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Be a proactive problem solver
- Have Google AdWords experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Have superb copy writing skills
- Have an analytical mindset
- Have a passion for digital marketing at a intrinsic level
- Be a self starter/self motivator
- Be coach-able and willing to learn/listen
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Have exceptional organisational skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

- Zapier
- Eventbrite
- Microsoft suite/google suite
- CRM/Email Systems (E.g Mailchimp/Infusionsoft)
- Google suite
- Zoom
Salary will be decided based on experience. Benefits include, paid holiday leave & bank holidays.
**This role is Hyrbid working, so a split of working in the office & remote**
