Key Responsibilities (MUST BE 21 TO APPLY):
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills
- Maintaining a neat and clean store appearance
- Keeping a "customer ready" sales floor by keeping displays fully stocked with merchandise
- Assisting in the display of merchandise and organizing the selling floor and stock areas
- Display a commitment to personal growth and company success by achieving sales and service performance goals
- Knowledge of vape, smoke and CBD products
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Possess enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
- Available to work industry standard hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Retail sales experience a preferred
