Outside Sales Territory Manager(s) to cover the Carolina's, East Tennessee, WV, and Savannah. Responsible for the territory from NC to Savannah.
DCA is a manufacture representative agency approaching 35 years of business in the swimming pool and spa industry. Fully staffed corporate headquarters with sales reps strategically placed throughout the country.

Requirements:
· Acquire new business and increase sales
· Build new relationships with key customers and decision makers (wholesale and contractors)
· Daily sales calls with our customers – Wholesale distributors, retailers, builders and service companies
· Full time travel within territory, trade shows, and working with our Manufacturers
· Experienced in expanding business relationships in named accounts
· Building strong partnerships with manufactures to further increase brand/product awareness
· Have excellent follow up habits to complete the sales loop
Existing customer base that requires:
· Creative program selling
· Travel and education
· Marketing
· Professional communication
· Proficient Organizational skills with consistent follow up
· Self-Motivation
· Working unsupervised
Qualifications:
· Multiple years traveling & outside sales experience.
· College education preferred – but not required.
· High energy, personable, and organized.
· Coachable and willing to learn / work together as part of the California team.
· Having a hunter mindset.
· Pool Industry knowledge and or local relationships are a plus.
· Bilingual is a plus with additional compensation.
