Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist with light collections.
- Demonstrate strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Provide resolutions for gas and/or water service needs.
- Manage parts inventory and ensure timely submission of paperwork.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
- Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and phone skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Dependable with a stable work history.
- Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, squat, and twist occasionally.
- Perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
