In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers through phone and personal contact. You will resolve or escalate customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed, processing counter transactions, documenting and updating customer records based upon interactions, and processing payments and maintaining customer accounts.

You will effectively collaborate with leadership and employees to establish goals and standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and safety. You will also be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally, working with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
