Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exemplary customer service to customers. As a Propane Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information in a confident, friendly, and articulate manner. Duties may also include upselling as well as other inside sales responsibilities as assigned. You will be the primary liaison between customer and service team, providing service support and coordinating activities in the area of service to ensure safe, timely and efficient response of customers' service needs.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Propane Service Ambassador, you will provide resolution to gas and/or water service needs of customers, determining that service requests are within the scope of work performed by Company. You will maintain and manage parts inventory, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurately submitted in a timely manner. You will take responsibility regarding all aspects of daily tasks and actions, maintaining professionalism, integrity, security, image and confidentiality of information and records as required by the position. You will attend all safety meetings, training and/or in-services, and regularly attend at the worksite during scheduled hours.
Requirements:
You will have the ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers, exercising solid organizational and communication skills. You will have good phone skills and computer literacy (MS Office), being able to work independently and effectively manage time. You must be dependable with a stable work history, able to follow verbal and written directions, and maintain stability under pressure. You will effectively collaborate with leadership and employees to establish goals and standards, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and safety.
