This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with expertise in propane delivery, installation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Additionally, they should possess a Class B CDL and have endorsements such as Tanker/HaZmat. Prior experience in a related field is desirable, as well as good physical abilities, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a propane delivery truck, delivering propane to customers, handling, loading, and unloading propane tanks and cylinders, installing propane tanks, gas lines, and related equipment at customer sites, conducting routine maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on propane systems and equipment, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of propane systems, and interacting with customers to explain the operation and maintenance of propane systems.
