The Level 3 Computer System Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

• Reviewing, Validating, and Reporting of Application Upgrades and Implementation
• Identification of new functionality and/or hardware requirements.
• Create and direct execution of test plans for Software and Hardware.
• Interact with Vendors (technical issues, project initiatives) and assist with issue escalation where applicable.
• Create and review existing training documentation and facilitate high-level user training session independently.
• Demonstrate appropriate, clear, concise, and effective written and oral communications in all interactions.

Qualifications:

A Master’s Degree in a Computer Science or Math related field and six (6) years experience with software development. An Associate’s Degree with ten (10) additional years; or a Bachelor’s Degree with eight (8) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s Degree.

Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level II

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 145,000 to 153,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
