Key Responsibilities
- Review and process automotive sales agreements and financing documents.
- Verify compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Communicate with sales and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of deals.
- Manage and archive all transaction paperwork effectively.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and reconciliations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with automotive software is advantageous.
