Responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, scheduling of service, warranty and maintenance needs required for servicing our customer's vehicle needs.
Your Duties Will Include

- Greeting and communicating with customers via telephone and chat to schedule repairs and maintenance in their vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer Service
- Utilize interpersonal skills to uncover needs , create packets, check availability of parts and arrange bookings.
- Work efficiently and stream line work flow in the automotive service scheduling department.
- Accurately collect and capture information.
- Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver quality workmanship and a superior customer experience.
- Continuously looking to learn and use new skills.

- Flexible, patient and calm when working in a fast-paced environment.
