Note:- There will be an in-person interview at Stamford, CT for the final round of interview.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and technologies.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring other developers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform features and capabilities
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security models, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns in Salesforce
- Proven ability to design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes
- Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL and SOSL
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Mastery of Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
- Expertise in version control systems (i.e. Git)
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI, and/or other third-party DevOps tools and continuous integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) are required and Platform II certification and JavaScript developer certifications are preferred.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
