Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related field (or actively working on completion within 4 years)
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- Professional nursing certification preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
