- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' medical conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of Montana or eligible for temporary licensure through the Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute dialysis nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
