Job Description
As a Clinical Educator, you will play a key role in ensuring the consistent and uniform standards of practice are observed by the clinical staff. You will facilitate the clinical staff training program from new hire orientation to ongoing education, including areas such referral and donor management, allocation, and recovery. Additionally, you will assist with employee evaluation of core clinical competency trainings and overall assessments, create and maintain various forms of curriculum for staff on a variety of clinical topics and concepts, participate in field and desktop audits to identify opportunities for improvement and evaluate training needs, and utilize performance data and trending to identify training needs.
