Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to perform ocular and tissue donor record quality assurance review in compliance with DCIDS, FDA, EBAA, and AATB policies, procedures, regulations, and standards. The ideal candidate will have 2 years prior medical-related job experience and working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving, Compiling, and Preparing Donor Records
- Maintaining Open Communication with Quality Department Teams
- Supporting the Use of Systems within the Quality Management System
- Participating in Required Quality Training and Educational Growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent, associate degree in general studies or related healthcare field preferred, certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) or Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred, and valid driver's license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.
