What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tissue and Organ Donation Coordinator position at DCI Donor Services?
At DCI Donor Services, we believe that every individual deserves access to quality healthcare. As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our teams are equipped to provide exceptional care to donor families and recipients.
You will work closely with frontline team members, providing critical thinking and decision support, and guiding staff to ensure potential donor patients are declared appropriately. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience as an Organ Recovery Coordinator with donor management oversight, a Bachelor's degree, and/or RN/PA/RT/Paramedic certification.
