Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for performing ocular and tissue donor record quality assurance review, facilitating requests from hospitals, and maintaining open communication with quality department teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform ocular and tissue donor record quality assurance review in compliance with regulatory and accreditation entity requirements
- Facilitate requests from hospitals, medical examiners, coroners facilities, or other external agencies
- Maintain open communication with quality department teams and all other applicable departments
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2 years prior medical-related job experience, working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications, and certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) or Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred.
