Program/System Analyst
Location: Remote (Must live near APG area)
Job Description:
Serve as a Program/Systems Analyst
Serve as a SME providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements
Work independently with minimal guidance on complex projects and assignments
Apply standards for engineering methods, procedures, criteria, and programs
Complete work reviews for:
- Soundness of analysis
- The suitability of methods used
- Conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices
Solve problems and come up with new methods, developments, and theories
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Business or other closely related technical discipline
10 years of experience managing acquisition programs across wide range of areas, including:
- 1 year as the team leader of an acquisition project
- 3 years as a practicing analyst for a functional area of an acquisition program
Experience with each of the following:
- Electronic Warfare/Electronic Surveillance Systems
- Signals, threat model emitters, and electronic magnetic frequency threat targets
- Knowledge of Material Solution Analysis
- Technology Maturation
- Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, and Production
- Deployment phases of the acquisition process
- Sufficient familiarity with modern qualitative and quantitative analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques
- Advanced knowledge in engineering methods
- Knowledge of systems integration techniques, trade-off analysis, and planning
- Command and Control Test & Evaluation
- Agile Software Development
- Intel Systems
5 years of experience in Army/Joint Service systems with one or more of the following:
- Conducting developmental/operational tests for Army and Joint Service systems
- Evaluation of methods for Army and Joint Service systems
- Interpretation, application, and integration of acquisition documentation
- Executing Office of the Secretary of Defense methodologies and policies
- Test methods, infrastructure, and capability gaps related to testing/processes
- Giving briefings and writing technical papers
Software application testing experience (at least at black box level) preferred
Network communication experience preferred
Required: Active TS/SCI
