Janitorial Maintenance

Throughout the day, you’ll alternate between indoor cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming and dusting, and outdoor responsibilities like litter pickup or snow removal. What You'll Do
Key responsibilities include:
Janitorial Maintenance
- Perform custodial tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, picking up trash, and general floor care.
- Clean restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, doors, windows, elevators, and other areas.
- Handle minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaks.
- Assist in sanitation control and report any repair needs to the Facilities Manager.
- Check for safety hazards and monitor emergency lights and fire extinguishers.
- Assist in unloading trucks, moving furniture, and setting up spaces as needed.
- Maintain outdoor areas by picking up litter and performing weed control.
- Assist with snow removal to ensure safety for employees and visitors.
- Prior experience in custodial or facility maintenance roles.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
