This role will oversee improvement in the processes of the business, ensuring the most efficient workflow that aligns the company for growth and improves the bottom line. This role will bridge the gap between application needs and business processes, collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in all DCI companies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Operations: Review daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity across all processes.
- Systems Integration: Bridge the gap between application development and business processes, ensuring seamless integration of systems to support operational needs.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with all aspects of the business to identify and implement workflow optimization strategies.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to operations and system improvements, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and project progress to ensure clarity and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in operations coordination, systems integration, or a related role in engineering to order manufacturing industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, engineering/design software, inventory management software, and other relevant applications. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage large scale projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Salary : $80,000 - $135,000
