DCL Products, LLC and its subsidiaries, Dermatologic Cosmetic Laboratories, LLC, Milbar Laboratories, and Wear SPF – leaders in beauty products development, manufacturing, ecommerce warehousing and distribution. DCL is a cGMP manufacturer of skincare, OTC products and a FDA registered facility. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Planner to join our team. This position will ensure the smooth running of the entire supply chain and have a keen understanding of costing to drive pricing decisions.

What you'll do:

• Mastermind the schedule: Create and manage detailed production schedules to keep our operations running smoothly.
• MRP maestro: Implement and manage our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure we always have the right parts at the right time.
• Pricing powerhouse: Collaborate with senior leadership to make data-driven pricing decisions that drive profitability.
• Supply chain superhero: Work hand-in-hand with our purchasing and operations teams to build a robust and efficient supply chain.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply-chain management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with MRP systems
• Exposure to cost accounting and pricing models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
