Growing commercial property management company is seeking an individual to fill a part-time Commercial Facilities Manager position near Bentonville, AR.
Job duties and responsibilities:
• Overall maintenance management of property, including tenant and vacant spaces, common areas, building and grounds
• Develop scope of work for maintenance projects.
• Obtain vendor bids and provide recommendations to ownership regarding bids.
• Perform on-site inspection of properties on a regular basis and communicate maintenance recommendations to ownership.
• Assist with maintenance budgets and capital expenditure budgets for properties.
• Review and approve invoices for properties
• Oversee contractors and review/approve contracts
• Communicate with building owners on a regular basis
• Other duties as necessary
Competencies:
• 2 years of commercial property/facilities management experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Yardi software experience a plus
• Detail oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, friendly attitude
• Team oriented
• This position will require local travel to various properties in the proximity of Bentonville, AR and surrounding area. The company does reimburse for mileage.
