ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Content Creation
Develop and share authentic stories highlighting the law firm's successes and community contributions.
Design graphics for social media posts, fundraisers, volunteer recruitment, and events.
Plan and execute an annual content calendar to promote programs and initiatives for various channels, including blog posts, newsletters, emails, and more.
Develop eye-catching marketing collateral such as flyers and brochures.
Content Management
Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Assist in organizing and promoting events.
Monitor and engage with messages, comments, and shares from the community.
Analyze data metrics to optimize strategy and report on the effectiveness of the content produced.
Podcast Assistance
Assist with research and interview preparation
Coordinate guest bookings, confirm episode dates and send follow-up gift
Brand Voice and Collaboration
Work in partnership with the Managing Partner to develop and execute creative marketing strategies aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborate with external vendors for high-quality production of print materials and merchandise.
Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all communication channels.
Develop and update branding guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Professional Support
Manage complex calendar scheduling, including client meetings, speaking engagements, and travel while effectively prioritizing and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Assess, filter, and prioritize Managing Partner's email inbox. Handle all correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls with high level of professionalism and discretion. Understand tasks for independent handling (e.G. Confirming / managing appointments), and draft emails review / response (e.G. Matters involving legal advice).
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy access to important documents.
Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication flow to independently achieve expected results on task assignments.
Engage in high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders e.G. Coordinate client meetings and maintain strong relationships with key contacts.
Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely status updates on various firm projects / initiatives as assigned.
Handle sensitive information that influences firm decisions with utmost discretion.
The rate for this role is $ 55, 000 -70, 000 per year . This range represents the low and high end of the compensation range for this position. Actual compensation offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
