Work part-time from home in support of the Performing Arts!
If you have Fundraising/Sales experience and a passion for the Performing Arts, then DCM wants you to join our first-rate Alley Theatre Capital Campaign fundraising team!

We are currently accepting applications for new team members who meet the following criteria:
Fundraising/Sales experience required; background in the Performing Arts highly preferred.
- No cold calling -- all leads are Carnegie Hall concertgoers and/or current/lapsed donors.
- Fully remote/WFH -- all calling is done virtually through your laptop/computer
- Receiving feedback/coaching from your Manager is to be expected; calls are monitored for quality assurance and productivity
You must be computer savvy and are required to have:
- Desktop or laptop
- High Speed Internet
- Headset with microphone
You MUST be:
- Articulate and persuasive, be able to follow a script, memorize it and sound authentic and natural
- Someone who can consistently CLOSE SALES and RAISE MONEY
If hired, you MUST:
- Be available to attend paid training on 3/17-3/21 4pm-8pm CT
- Be able to work 16 hours per week:
- Monday - Thursday 4pm - 8pm CT, Friday 10am - 2pm CT (Afternoon shift availability Monday & Wednesday 1pm - 5pm CT)
- New hires are expected to begin working shifts imeeadiatly after training.
- You MUST be working from one of the following states to be eligible: Texas
- You must have an active email that you can access regularly.
Compensation: $11/hr COMMISSION
